MENTAL HEALTH JOURNEYS
I am a recent graduate from The University of Reading and I studied Msci Psychological Theory and Practice. I am also a qualified Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner (PWP) with the end goal of being accepted onto the Clinical Psychology Doctorate. I created this Instagram page with the hope of raising awareness by sharing my knowledge of mental health and documenting my journey through the application process. This will include any tips or information I come across through my different roles within psychology, using a range of evidence based interventions such as CBT. I believe it's important to spread awareness of mental health to help increase people's confidence to speak out and seek help, thus ultimately reducing the stigma around mental health. Feel free to check out my page and message me with any questions you have

REFLECTIONS OF A TRAINEE
My name is Aditi, a Trainee Clinical Psychologist. I created my Instagram page to share my journey, experiences, and reflections of the DClinPsy. I have kept my course and services I work in private to allow me to share my honest and personal views.
I hope by sharing my posts, I will enable aspiring clinical psychologists to gain insights on what the course is like, including the highs and lows. Also, I hope to connect with fellow trainees for peer support and psychology-related research accounts to facilitate my learning. I have started the course during the COVID pandemic, so I feel my training and current insights are quite unique!
Please check out my page and open to comments and DMs if you have any questions or specific content you would like to see!
