This website offers visitors general information about psychology, specifically Clinical Psychology. Support

Unfortunately, I am unable to provide mental health support and advice via any Student Psychology platform. This includes via the website. I appreciate it can be incredibly tough to experience distress. However, I can not provide the help that people deserve. This is because I do not regularly check my inboxes and email, I do not have the time or legal capacity to help, I am not supported to support you, it will not be confidential.

If you are struggling, then there are various services that can offer support and advice. In the United Kingdom, there are free helplines you can contact. For example, you can call the Samaritans via 116 123 or text ‘SHOUT’ to 85258 to speak to Shout Crisis Text Line. While using our service, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact you or identify you. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to, your email address.
